With the more market-oriented economy in China, how to improve the competitiveness ofenterprises is the most important task of today’s enterprise development. The only way ofraising enterprise management level is Enterprise Informationization.Enterprise informationization is to manage and share enterprise information, providedata and process specifications for business operations, management and decision through thecomputer and network technology. Enterprise management software is including ERP(enterprise resource planning), PDM (Product Data Management), CRM (CustomerRelationship Management) and SCM (Supply Chain Management) and so on.Enterprise management software melt administrative integration into information systems,unified and standardized manufacturing enterprise product design, production and sale of theentire lifecycle of data collection, storage and sharing, resource scheduling of enterprisemanagement, streamline business processes to promote the competitiveness of enterpriserapid growth, accelerate the pace of the industrialization process. This article is intended forall kinds of enterprise management software, research, easy to transplant, easy integration ofthe components of the general user management subsystem, to quickly provide universalservice for a variety of business management software, enterprise management softwaredevelopment focus more on research and development of its own function.User management is essential for all business management software features, as a systemsupport, it has a direct impact on access control and functionality of the system. This article isto solve a variety of business management software need to repeat the development ofcommon components as a Plug and Play module, to achieve the purpose of the rapiddevelopment of enterprise management software, development, and promote the significanceof the standardization process of the enterprise management software.This article first reviews the software development model used in this article combinedwith the waterfall model prototype model, and explains the reasons of analytical tools for theUML unified modeling language to describe the development process. This chapter alsocompares the advantages and disadvantages of the C/S architecture and B/S architecture, explained through the example of the use case diagram, ER diagram, data flow diagram andtiming diagram UML tools. NET Framework and C#language features and use, as well asaccess to the database in the framework library classes ADO.net technology. This paper alsointroduces Oracle database as the most popular database in enterprise management software,indicating a complementary version of the Oracle Database client installation andconfiguration process, access and manipulate Oracle Database Procedural Language PL/SQLand Oracle launched the ADO.net technology ODP.net, the technology more efficient, moreconvenient access to the Oracle database.After analyzing of the topology of the target system, this paper explains the architectureof the target system, including the structure of the four levels of system support layer,business logic, data access layer and user interface layer. Then by functional tree to show thefunctions of the target system, including the subsidiary information management components,departmental information management components, the rights management component, theuser information management components as well as the five functions of the landingcomponent module and each form of tables and attributes in database to store data.This paper then describes including the subsidiary management components, thedepartmental information management components, the rights management component, theuser information management components and login components all five components’ usecase, data processing, data flow diagrams, logic timing diagram of data processing, PL/SQLstatements and their interface diagram. Then we packed each component to dynamic linklibrary and presented their callback method. All above provides a way to achieve the intendedpurpose of the development of user management in Enterprise Management software.
