Plenty of remote sensing information are supplied by lots of sensors,but most of the inversion products of the earth's surface parameter are based on the single sensor.They are influenced by atmosphere and with low precision,big incertitude, low frequency and less continuity.So, many country pay attention to the synthetical inversion and assimilation of the remote sensing data on how to make best use of the numerous satellites and sensors to get more observation data and solve the problems that the single sensor inversion brings. The main purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of single sensor inversion by constructing a multiangle dataset using data of more than one sensor, which may be helpful for the next earth's surface parameter inversion, such as the surface BRDF/albedo, vegetation index/leaf area index, surface emissivity/temperature. The main contents of this paper shows in the next five aspects:1. Analyse characteristics and applications of several multiangular observation modes, and then put forward to the construction of multi-source remote sensing data platform.2. Study the access method of several remote sensing images which including the MODIS, ASTER, TM, ETM, and MISR etc.3. Construct the multiangular data set, including computing the angles of each pixel, and then make Geometrical Correction process.4. The design of the image database.The storage, manage and search of the level 1 data, multiangle data and the products data.5. The whole system design based on visual C++ and oracle database software. Implement the function of popedom design, image display, image search, data maintenance and so on.
