High-speed data acquisition system is now applied in the digital storage oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and other test equipments widely. The key technology is high-speed ADC technology, data storage and real-time display technology.For the requirements of the high-speed data acquisition system storage subsystem's performance: First, high-speed, The maximum sampling rate of ADC now used in the high-speed data acquisition has reached several hundred MSPS or even several dozens GSPS level, which calls for a high-speed cache; Second, large-capacity, high-speed data acquisition leads to a tremendous flow of data, which calls for massive cache to store massive amounts of sampling data.In some special applications, it is also necessary to display the real-time waveform of the sampling data to observe the operational status of equipment and detect equipment failure.For single accidental incident detection, data acquisition will be stopped when the memory is full, then the system read data out from memory and display the waveform on the screen. For repeat incident detection, it needs real-time acquisition, real-time storage and real-time display both. The data display on the screen should be stored completely in order to search concerned waveform.Alfter analysis of the system performance requirements, paper adopt the high-speed cache memory and mass storage programmes, as well as parallel processing of data and waveform display programmes, and used it in the high-end digital storage oscilloscope.
