Three-tank water level control system is a typical nonlinear and large-lag control experiment system.The whole or part of many controlled objects can be abstracted as the mathematical model of the three-tank water system.This paper focuses on the simulation and experimental research of three-tank water level system based on multiple kinds of model-free adaptive control(MFAC)theory.The main research contents and innovations of this paper are summarized as follows:1.Firstly,according to the mechanism modeling method,the mathematical model of the three tank liquid level system is built.Secondly,taking the three-tank water system in the laboratory as the object,the mathematical model is established by using the experimental modeling method.In the actual production,the characteristics of the most industrial controlled object can be approximately described by using first-order or second-order non periodic link with pure lag,therefore,the model of the two-tank water level control system built by using the test modeling method is selected as the simulation object in this paper.2.Taking the two-tank water system as the simulation object,simulation researches of MFAC and IMFAC schemes of the existing compact form,partial form,full formt dynamic linearization methods are presented respectively.,and the effectiveness of the algorithms are verified.Through the simulation research,the debugging experience of the model-free adaptive controller parameters are summarized and analyzed.3.An improved model free adaptivecontrol algorithm based on the full format dynamic linearization method(FFDL-IMFAC)is proposed,which is applied to the simulation of two-tank water level control,and the effectiveness of the control scheme is verified.4.Based on the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm,the parameters of the MFAC controller are adjusted,and the control performance of the six control schemes are compared and analyzed through simulation.5.Using the MFAC and IMFAC schemes of compact form,partial form dynamic linearization methods,the experimental research and analysis for the real two-tank water level control system are carried out.The simulation and experiment results using the various model-free adaptive control schemes demonstrate that the model-free adaptive control algorithm structure is relatively simple and easy to implement,the controller design does not depend on the model of the controlled object.Simulation results show that the FFDL-IMFAC control scheme has better dynamic performance.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has better dynamic performance and robustness.
