Along with the development of computer technology and micro-electronics, especially the design of diversified high performance SoC and exploitation of the Embeded operation systems, the Embeded systems are more and more used in industrial control, mobile communication, home appliances and consuming electronic equipments.Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) is a new kind of programmable apparatus developing rapidly in these years. Along with its adhibition, the size and integration degree of electronic design is rising, at the same time, the design methods and ideas are updating continuously.This issue adopts the technology of ARM and FPGA successfully in achieving speed-measuring radar terminal control and data processing unit settling scheme, this design is outstanding because of various functions, excellent Real-time performance, high capability and reasonable price. This system uses SEP3203 processor as the core, via expanding FFT achieving modules of FPGA, CAN bus and UART communication modules and other functional modules as LCDC and keyboard, it makes a hardware platform based on speed-measuring radar signal processing and transmit modules of Embeded system, it uses embedded Nucleus PLUS operation system as the bottom software platform, in order to finish the design of related drivers. In the study, the following key technologies are solved: design of system hardware platform based on ARM processor, migration of embedded Nucleus PLUS operation system on SEP3203 processor, FFT, CAN bus, UART and design of drivers.By debugging and ameliorating on modules again and again, it reveals that the function and capability index reaches the need of technical qualification.
