LLL image intensifier is one of the most important kinds of night vision photoelectric image device at present, and it is used widely in many fields such as LLL night vision, optical radiation measurement, camera device and so on. Fluorescent screen is one of the most important components of the image intensifier. However, there is still certain gap between the level of current domestic detection technology on the screen and the advanced international level. In this dissertation, the attention is focused on the measurement technology about the fluorescent screen parameters of the image intensifier, with the content as following:Fluorescence screen luminous principle and characteristic are the academic base. According to the research of those theory above, my partner and I designed the project of testing four parameters which are luminous efficiency, brightness, uniformity and afterglow of the fluorescence screen. In the guidance of scientific theories, my partner and I have designed LLL image intensifier screen parameter detecting system. After verification, the system is in accord with design requirement extraordinary. Taking use of modern means of technology development and advanced testing equipment, new testing technology were invented for testing those four parameters and the corresponding equipment were developed. Also I designed a stable and reliable operating software for the testing system, which can control the system working intelligently.Do a series of testing, and debug the detecting System to make it work in its best state. Then test the sample with the testing system and analyze the testing result. Now the image processing system has already run correctly, which meet the design goal.
