Infrared thermoscope plays an important role in military and civilian affairs because of its exclusive advantages. It becomes smart and precise as the development of the infrared technology, so the system power supply with high quality is brought into focus. The design of qualified power supply system has been an important research task.It is mainly discussed in this paper that the designs of special power supply in infrared thermoscope. The schematic diagram and PCB of the power supply circuit are designed according to the requirements of the system and the theory of the direct-current regulator, and the improvement is advanced after the analysis of the testing results.The basic demand for the power supply system is high efficiency and low noise. This paper combines the theory of electromagnetic compatibility and power integrity with the design of schematic diagram and PCB, solving some common problems in the power supply, such as low efficiency and strong noise.Finally, The MATLAB is used to process the data of the output signal and draw the pictures of time domain and frequency domain. The improvements are carried out according to the analysis results.
