Radar intercepted receivers, anti-radiation missiles and other electronic equipment threat military radar to survival. Therefore, radar must avoid being intercepted by electronic equipment. Noise radar came into being at the time. One of noise radar which is a very mature is noise FM radar. In the 1980s, we have successfully developed a noise FM radar prototype. Although the radar prototype had very good LPI performance, limiting to the level of electronic technology, the noise FM radar which used analog device was made volume larger, stability easily impacted by enviroment.And in a small, high-precision applications are many restrictions.FPGA is a digital technology development in 1980s. FPGA has many advantages in small volume, high accuracy, stability, high speed and so on. This paper will introduce FPGA technology into noise FM radar to overcome many shortcomings.In the basis of noise radar research group, this paper design and implement signal processing system of noise FM radar. Among the contents are as follows: The first chapter of noise radar background and prospects; the second chapter of noise FM radar principle and proving the mixer output signal to the smooth and all of the state after; the third chapter of the software and hardware of FPGA; Chapter IV elaborate on design and implementation of signal processing system in noise FM radar by FPGA technology; Chapter V of simulation and verification of signal processing system. Finally, Chapter VI of the summary of the full text, and pointing out the deficiencies in the design and the need to improve.
