With the rapid improvement of the degree of information, business intelligence gain wide attention from each industry and becomes the best powerful weapon to increase work efficiency and strengthen the competition ability of an enterprise. The technology of data mining is the core of business intelligence. Now every non-renewable mineral resource will be exhausted soon, it is important that how to collect information from a great deal of original data in industry by using data mining technique and let the decision makers make more reasonable decision of using those limited resources better by these information.The paper is to find effectively the hidden information in the construction data to resolve the limitation in the data analyze of the MIS system and ERP system which can not provide the decision maker the powerful support. In the realization of applying the data mining technology into this field we utilize the business intelligence tool offered by SQL Server 2005. To construct the data warehouse, input data to data warehouse by ETL tools, build the cube, on-line analytical process and build the data mining model according to the characteristic of energy collecting engineering and the purpose of providing the support to decision maker based on the construction data of fracturing for the oil well of an oilfield of Huabei. Exhibit the information visually, correctly and timely by the professional exhibition tool. Adjust and select the more excellent mining model to make the forecast. Realize the automatic process of the model and provide the forecast result in the form of planar table to the decision maker for his easy use of mining information by integrating the mining model by IS tool and agent function of database.The text is to realize the functions such as finding and analyzing conveniently the relationship and distributing status between every key parameter in the fracturing construction of oil well and making the secondary exploitation on the potential oil well, increasing the output by adjusting the key parameters in the construction and forecasting the output after construction. In this way the decision maker will pertinently make out the construction plan and know well about the result of his decision, so the efficiency and effect of energy collecting will be improved highly and the collaboration between the decision-making teams will more conveniently.
