The Application Of Data-mining In Management System Of Teaching-talents

With the constantly emergence of new technologies and methods of data-collecting, the information on teaching-talents is increasingly rising to the ultimate richness and is to show the trend of acceleration. We are overwhelming in the sea of data in order to obtain the valuable information. Although the database provides us with abundant functions of data management, the users of information about teaching-talents still have such a strong feeling that they are exposed to the information with little knowledge.The machine learning developed in artificial intelligence shows us the way of moving forward. The calculating methods of machine learning have been improved to form meaningful pattern in the database and to find out the knowledge hidden behind the large number of data, which is the solution to data and data-mining.This paper first introduces the structure of data-mining then analyzes the various methods of data-mining and describes the characteristics of kinds of knowledge that can be mined. Furthermore, the knowledge can be applied to such aspect as information management, scientific research and decision-making supporting. Secondly, this paper focuses on the discussion and analysis of cataloged knowledge and the figure of association rules, gives the definition and description to lay the theoretical foundation for further searching for this kind of knowledge. In the study of cataloged knowledge, the method of decision tree building has been designed, and the interpretation and assessment of rules and the expression of knowledge have been realized . Then the paper discusses the effective solution in the database between the related elements and shows the forming of association rules, interpretation assessment and expression. At Last, a conclusion is drawn on the basis of the current research work.
