Design And Implementation Of The Manufacturing Entity In The National Economy Mobilization Pre-draft Simulation And Training System

With the purpose of maintaining the safety of the nation and fulfilling the requirement of modern war, improving the flexibility of national economy, the national economy mobilization is a series of activities to transform the national economy from normal status to war-time status, which includes the fast and proper producing, configuration, scheduling, transporting of the munitions equipments and the selecting and gathering of the stuff, equipment and the medicine of the medical systems. Thus, The National Economy Mobilization (NEM) is a complex project of systems engineering.The objective of the development of National Economy Mobilization Pre-draft Simulation and Training System is to simulate the mobilization on computers, which could save lots of time, human and material resources. The manufacturing entity discussed in this thesis is an important part of the National Economy Mobilization Pre-draft Simulation and Training System.The first part of this thesis is an introduction to the frame of the National Economy Mobilization Pre-draft Simulation and Training System; with the introduction of the related concepts about the pre-draft in national economy mobilization, the members of the system were defined and their functions and relationship were described in detail. Based on these descriptions, the manufacturing entity in National Economy Mobilization Pre-draft Simulation and Training System and the relationship between other entities are fully discussed then.After the role of manufacturing entity in mobilization simulation system is described, the simulation model of manufacturing entity is discussed. The simulation model includes two parts, one is the inner model such as material capacity analysis, manufacturing plan, working regulations management, manufacturing process; another is the communication model between manufacturing entity and other entities. The communication model is built with event.Then the simulation event model including inner model and interaction model are described by Petri Net. The events of each phase are given and described by Petri Net. Then the sub-models are got together and the whole simulation model of manufacturing system is built based on Petri Net.After simulation model is constructed, the implementation of the simulation system is described. The whole functional picture of manufacturing entity is constructed and then the interaction classes and interface classes, the development of HLA/RTI are discussed. Finally, an example of the system is proposed.
