The rapid development and broad application of computer and communication network are important components of modern information society. Network household electrical appliances grow very fast which are derived from 3C(Computer ,Communication,Consumer) concept. The new technology melt network into traditional homeheld electrical appliance. With help of this technology, homeheld electrical appliance can be controlled remotely and the homeheld electrical appliances can operate mutually.With the global digital tidal wave in audio and video fields, People are obliged to R&D high efficiency, energy saving and digital audio power amplifier.It must be high efficient and be connected to other digital devices. D class audio power amplifier is kind of PWM class power amplifier. It has very many assets such as high efficiency, energy saving, digital, small volume etc. So, in the future, D class audio power amplifier must be substitute of traditional anolog audio power amplifier.Because of above all, in this paper, the hardware system of multi-functions network digital power amplifier is researched. We have study Samsung company's S3C2410 ARM processor and its peripheral hardware system. At the same time, we research on the principles of D class digital audio power amplifier and its hardware components.The first chapter introduce the background and essentiality of multi-functions network digital power amplifier;The second chapter introduce the whole design and correlative knowledge of multi-functions network digital power amplifier;The third chapter introduce the hardware system base on S3C2410;The four chapter introduce the hardware realization of digital power amplifier;The fifth chapter make a summary and expectation for this paper.
