Research On Kev Technology Of Information Network For Household Electrical Appliance Enterprise Service

Technologies such as big data, intelligent manufacturing, mobile Internet and cloud computing are accelerating their application in household appliance enterprises (HAE). The occurring "Technology earthquake" will not only bring great changes to technology bases, production organizations and living ways, but will also promote revolution of enterprise system, management mode and the way of resource allocation. The technology progress is prompting the "four network convergence" of HAE. Information network is more important as a support to the logistics network, marketing network and service network.At present, the emerging new technologies are constantly prompting the development of HAE information networks. These networks provide support of data, analysis and decision for enterprise business. This paper has integrated the multi-source heterogeneous data from different stages for whole life cycle of HAE, based on the multi-source heterogeneous data integration technology (MSHDIT), which will promote data ordering and effective application, This paper will not only build big data mining and analysis platform to support enterprise business analysis, but also discuss the personalized service mode based on mobile internet to improve the efficiency of data application and improve the enterprise performance.The first chapter is an introduction, which mainly elaborated the research background and significance. The current research situation in domestic and abroad was introduced and the framework and main research contents in this paper were proposed.The second chapter is the research of service-quality-oriented basic technology of multi-source heterogeneous data. Firstly data characteristics and integration requirements of the whole life cycle stage for HAE were introduced, and then MSHDIT which fits the distributed big data processing was introduced from aspects of offline data and online real-time data respectively.The third chapter is the research of product-service-oriented research technology of big data mining and analysis. This chapter is a mining and analysis application on the integrated data from the second chapter. Firstly method and application which are suitable for HAE big data mining and analysis were introduced, secondly big data mining and analysis platform were discussed from aspects of heterogeneous data parallel processing, task scheduling technology based on workflow and big data security technology respectively.The fourth chapter is the research of HAE personalized service mode based on mobile internet. Based on mobile Internet technology and data mining and analysis techniques from the third chapter, this chapter discussed the personalized service mode at after-sales stage for HAE. The personalized service mode of personalized recommendation, personalized questions and answers and personalized household appliances maintenance were presented, and implementation, key techniques and application case of each kind of personalized service mode were discussed.The fifth chapter is the realization of the technical framework for big data mining and analysis platform, and the realization of HAE after-sales service App based on Android. Firstly main technologies of HAE data mining and analysis platform were reviewed. Then the HAE personalized after-sales service App was illustrated, including the systematic technical framework and functional module. Finally functions of key modules were displayed in detail.The sixth chapter is the summary and outlook, which made a summary for this paper. The main work contents and innovation points were described, and finally the future work and research were prospected.
