As the rapid development of radio communication technology and specially the hardware technology, software defined radio technology and specially the software communication architecture based software defined radio technology already have been main development trend and direction of moderm communication system.In the background of one of China Electronics Technology Group Research Institute's SCA based software defined radio intergrated development platform project, tracking the latest develpoment trends of oversea's software defined radio and software communication architecture technology, based on the latest software communication architecture reference, A full featured running environment of software defined radio system and core framwork control platform were designed and implemented.Firstly, software communication architecture and specially the problem of how to the design and implement it on distributed system and embedded system have been deeply researched. By carefully studied the open source project of core framwork of software communication architecture implemented by Canadian Communication Reseach Center for Software Radio International Forum, deeply understood the software communication architecture and implemented the software communication architecture targeted on the features of distributed system and embedded system. Meanwhile, the SCA reference has been extended compatibly in the implementation of this running environment of software defined radio system, effectively supporting to deploy SCA uncompatible components on the physical devices such as FPGA and DSP and supporting the detachment of processing bus and control bus, providing excellent support and running environment for intergrated development platform of software defined radio system.Secondly, a SCA based core framwork control platform of software defined radio system were designed and implemented. Control platform of software defined radio system is a core component of software defined radio system. Through the control platform, devices of system, services of core framwork and running status of wave application could be monotored visually, and could install, create, start, stop, desconstruct and uninstall the ware application convenietly.In addition, because of the higher and higher requirement of system stabability required by the moderm communication system, target at the deficiency of Software Communication Architecture reference at malfunction recovery, in this paper, a solution of SCA core framework extension based on semantic description of Software Assembly Description was proposed. At the precondition of securing the SCA compatible, the solution of self-refactoring at runtime including hot-backup and cold-backup was implemented, which effectively improved the system reliability and maintenance cost. And only need a little revision of the visual editor, the generation of new application of software defined radio will be supported by substituding, revising and configuration of the existed components through the visual editor of the intergrated development environment.In the last, the main work and its features have been concluded and the comparison with similar systems overseas has been made. In addition, the hotspot and develolpment trend of the software communication architecture based software defined radio system bas been analized, and the main direction and the problem of next research has been pointed out.
