System Electromagnetic Performance Assessment Study

Along with the developing technique, the structure of the electric systems becomes more complex, the instruments become more precious, and the electromagnetic environment becomes more complicated. So the effectiveness evaluation to the systems in the complex circumstance is necessary. The system effectiveness is the ability that the system could be used at some condition and that the target could be completed.This paper combines the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) with the gray-relevancy analysis technique, and uses the method to the system effectiveness evaluation.This paper includes: AHP, gray-relevancy analysis technique, the method integrating the two methods upwards; analyzing the targets that affect the electromagnetic effectiveness of the radar and communication systems; and the electromagnetic effectiveness evaluation software on the system.First, introduce the principle and the process of the AHP, and analyze the characters of this method. But the method aimed at the rude evaluation.Second, introduce the principle and the process of the gray-relevancy analysis technique, get the traits of this method.Considering the characters of the AHP and gray-relevancy analysis technique, two methods would be fetched up each other, so a preferable method for effectiveness evaluation - hierarchy-relevancy analysis technique - would be gained.Then, when the radar and the communication systems work at the complex electromagnetic situation, confirm the targets that would reflect the electromagnetic effectiveness on the radar and the communication systems, and classify the targets for the method. So apply the method to the effectiveness evaluation about these two kinds systems.At last, make use of the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 to program the software to maintain and expand easily by C#, and have favourable man-machine communication interface. And validate the software and the method by the known datas, and the results could be fine. The software not only has the ability of the effectiveness evaluation, but also calculates the value of the targets.
