Embedded system is a new trend of technical progress.It has been applied in industrial automation,electronics and communication for the character of small size, high performance,low power consumption and oriented object. With the improvement of microprocessors,communication and software,embedded system becomes more and more important.The PHILIPS LPC2290 processor with ARM 7TDMI kernel and theμC/OS-II RTOS are selected in the thesis, the thesis adopts the modularized manner with the international slap-up Bag-making machine and designs take-up control system on 32 bit ARM. This control system accord with the Bag-making machine's developmental tendency and is very important and necessary to improve the mechanical and electrical level of the national Bag-making machine.The research work is as follows:1. The hardware of Bag-making machine control system on ARM is designed, designing circuits which are JTAG interface circuit,output circuit, RS232 interface circuit, Power circuit,reset circuit,external clock and memory circuit , etc.2. The software of Bag-making machine control system is programmed withμC/OS-II. TheμC/OS-II operating system is transplanted on LPC2290 by analyzing its characteristic and function. To program the software of Bag-making machine control system and to achieve the multitask and real-time control onμC/OS-II.3. Bag-making machine control system takes MT506S touchscreen as the human-machine interface , moreover , MODBUS protocol is deeply researched and applied, the communication of LPC2290 based on MODBUS protocol and touchscreen has been carried out. Based on the total scheme of the touchscreen interface to make out the human-machine interface that the direct image, meet the demands of operating parameters designing, information displaying and malfunction supervising.4. The thesis researches the high-speed Baking-making machine system : including the host driver control system ,the dead line and the fixed position control system ,feeding control system ,and the temperature control system .In order to keep the machine to have a high effect and placidity ,the system dissolves several coordinate relationships :①the towing curve and the speed o f bag-making ,it can keep the placidity of bag-making;②the constant tensility of the former and latter servo-driver ,it is the premise.At the end of this thesis,we also discuss some problem in researching the Bag-making machine control system . Moreover,we bring forward the farther research direction.
