Coordination office platform with its excellent openness,scalability,security, stability,ease of use ensure convenient effective exchange of project management information and other information,thoroughly optimize the management of resources, completely provide the necessary knowledge of the work,promote the formation of the various departments of the Cooperative office system,creating a humane information office environment for leaders' decision-making and workers;efficient and safe data processing and information communication solution technology has greatly increased the possibility of the user's office efficiency and management level.This paper based on comparative analysis of variety of collaborative office platform building technology,formed a system of the three hybrid system architecture network,C/S,B/S architecture.System architecture will be "Network Service Center(central server)," "group servers" and "client working platform".In this paper, with the emerging Web services application technology,we design and realization of a complete Web-based application platform for the coordination office.It Base on Jing Kai coordination Star(GK-Star)and Jing Kai coordination office system.GK-Star adopt some latest technologies,such as access management technology in omnibus opposite net work and data synchronization technology,system security,encryption and identification technology,systems framework and performance management technology.It has the basic characteristics of uniform platform,collaborative applications,and powerful functions like loose-leaf folder flexible addition and expanding application.It can be applied to the Yunnan Tourism Investment Corporation and correlative departments.At the same time,GK-Star with simple, convenient,data security and application of functional characteristics will help Yunnan Tourism Investment Corporation to achieve low-cost,low-risk, high-efficiency goal in the collaboration platform constructing.At present,the coordination office platform has been widely used in enterprises and institutions.IT technology industry is developing rapidly,and the new office platform will continue to emerge.This paper presented the ideas and methods to solve the problem,which will help enterprises and collectivize enterprise with platform constructing of informationization process for reference.
