Research And Application Of Manufacturing Collaborative Services Platform Based On GIS

With the development of economic globalization, informationization, and marketization, manufacturing enterprises are mutually gathering and permeating, when manufacturing industry clusters are formed. Since the degree of contact between enterprises is growing and supply chain relationship becomes closer, enterprises need to conduct business in a wider range and realize the inter-enterprise collaboration, in order to optimize the allocation of industrial cluster resources, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and the market response speed.According to the investigation of the domestic manufacturing industry cluster development, the cooperative mechanism of the typical industrial cluster is studied, the shortcomings and deficiencies of the existing collaboration services platform are analysed, the needs of the manufacturing industry cluster collaborative services platform are summarized. Upon this, according to the significant geographic attribute of the cluster organization itself and combining with the national science and technology support project (2011BAF10B03a)--research and development of the manufacturing industry cluster support technical service system based on GIS, the manufacturing collaboration services platform based on GIS is built, in order to realize the innovative knowledge repository resources management, information services, collaboration services, intelligent decision-making analysis and other functions. Function modules of the platform and the realization mechanisms are presented, also the operation and promotion platform are described. This thesis studied and discussed in the following aspects:(1) Summarized the research background, development situation and achievement at home and abroad of manufacturing collaborative service platform based on GIS;(2) Expounded the theories of industrial cluster and synergetics, and focused on the core technology for ArcGIS Server and ASP.NET;(3) The status of Anhui province manufacturing information and its requirement were surveyed in thesis so as to analyze the functional requirements for manufacturing collaborative service platform;(4) Discussed the specific method of building the platform from three aspects of customer requirement analysis, architecture designs and functional module designs;(5) Summarized the operating performance of the platform and taking the Hefei Hengfeng automobile parts Co. as an example, analyzed its business status and bottlenecks and the benefits that the platform brings;(6) Analyzed the questions existing in the promotion process of other similar platforms and summarized its promotion model. And it had achieved good service effect through the practical application.
