For the purpose of teaching and studying, blended learning which unites the predominance of traditional face-to-face study and network study integrates different learning theories, techniques, and applications. Blended learning has great importance in promoting information techniques used on the education. In order to ensure the successful development of blended learning, the Virtual Learning Environments should be first constructed.Based on the theory of blended learning and VLEs, a development module called BL-VLEs is advanced. In order to verify the teaching effect of BL-VLEs, BL-VLEs is used in the programmer course. The students could obtain the feedback of studying for the help of BL-VLEs. BL-VLES also offers perfect technique environments and powerful supports to collaborate studying between students. The main body of this thesis includes:1. Making a demanded exploiture of BL-VLEs and designing a BL-VLEs teaching module by standard theory of demanded project based on the business logie.2.For the purpose of achieving good expansibility and usability, different frames are used in BL-VLEs framework .3.A testing and evaluating sub system is built for C programmer. This sub system does not only support C compile online and automatic evaluating but also offer a background management platform. The system also solves the problems such as the integration of Java and local application program ;front page realizing the formatting of C language etc.4.An evaluating scheme is advanced. Teachers could realize the study development and find out the problems in time through the testing and evaluating sub system. So teachers could easily adjust teaching ways and improve teaching effects.5.Apply the designed and developed BL-VLEs module to the actual teaching activity and put forward feasible application schemes.
