Research And Development Of The Digital Campus Management System To Achieve

With the development of computers and communication technology, the world is entering an information era. All of society now has a closer relation with information technology. In the field of higher education, many reseachers are putting forward the concept of the " Digital Campus", which is based on networking, using advanced information technology and tools to realize digitalization in the environment. On the traditional campus,this provides an online information exchange environment for the teachers in order to increase efficiency, improving the functionality of the traditional campus and realizing the complete automation of information in the process of education.This paper studies Changzhou Radio and TV University 's digitalization and analyses the background of system development, studies the development both on and off campus, and reports on research conducted on the management system applied to campus digitalization, explaining in detail the main problems to be resolved and offering design ideas and means of realization.After analysing the management system of Changzhou Radio and TV University's campus, workflow methods and system requirements are identified. The author lists the problems to be solved after analysing stakeholder requirements, and puts forward a solution for information management based on the campus network. In addition, the author offers a solution to the various technology problems, recommending the use of B/S mode, ASP.net as development tools, as the client-side platform is WINDOWS 9X/ME/2000 series. In addition, the author shows how the SQLServer 2000 digital platform can be used to store data and provide remote access.At present, most universities still use the WEB to communicate information, causing delays in getting information to teachers. The paper proposes the application of SMS technology, and the development of a campus short message service system based on SMS. Applying SMS into campus management system is suitable for the Radio and TV University, where " The students and the teachers are separate in space, making communication difficult to manage ". Meanwhile, IPV6 technology is necessary for the Radio and TV University to develop its campus management system. This paper makes an intensive analysis of IPV6 and puts forward the possibility that IPV6 can digitalize the campus system from the aspect of group sending,QOS mechanics and network adaption. The paper then investigates long-term development of this system.This system will improve the capability of Changzhou Radio and TV University's traditional function and lay a sound foundation for the application of information technology to the process of education.
