The thesis is aim to reconstruct the process of literature vicissitudes in the sense of historical significance by the way of analyzing Beijing Literature in 1980s. From ten years' transitional process of Beijing Literature, we can see the transitional process of China's politics and the trace of literature history. Meanwhile, we can also acquire something beneficial on revaluing the occurrences and development of all kinds of literature journal at that time, including Beijing Literature. In 1980s, there are four chief-editors' period among Beijing Literature. Each editor has his or her own trait. Li Qingquan is a wiser editor. In his period, the journal became Class A of literature journal. Su Xinqun is a perfect partner of Li Qingquan, he went on Li's policy for the journal's edit. Yang Mo is a conservative editor. In her period, Beijing Literature fell behind other literature journals. The fourth period is Lin Jinlan and Li Tuo's period. In their time, they revived the spirit of literature.Contrary to the literary vision of 1990s in China, 1980s' spirits and its politics, literature's transitional process not only ended in the trace of revolutionary thought and modern history in the form of time, but also records the creation process of "human" in all kinds of transition in the form of literature. As the abstract conception of human, his transition is reflected in every historical period, which appeals under the status background of speakers, who have been or will be recognized by the history. So this thesis is in the transition between integrated historical view and minus historical view, which also influence the narration method that this thesis adopt, that is constructive rather than deconstructive. As an observer, avoiding poetic description is on principle that I try to observe in imagining the history transition. Hope my thesis offer a help for other researchers.
