If we can not handle it properly, it will affect the building of e-government. Since the 1990s, our government always has been committed to use of information technology to enhance the operational efficiency. The complexity of the internet also brings many security issues to the development of e-government.The J2EE architecture introduced by Sun provides a range of services for the application system, which also contains many security services. The J2EE security services take full advantage of the java programming language built-in security features and the java platform security technology constitutes the bottom achieve of the J2EE security services. The paper mainly researches web-oriented application's security issues, which implements the e-government use the J2EE architecture.Firstly, the paper analysis's and researches the Java programming language built-in security features and the Java platform security architecture, and also referees the factors of impact the web safety. We also analysis some common security strategy and some corresponding web security mechanism.Secondly, view of the current e-government applications in the growing phenomenon, the paper does some research on the Single Sign-on(SSO). By analyzing the advantages of SSO and existing authentication model, we propose new central authentication architecture of no-use of the Cookie and based on the agent model.Thirdly, because of the e-government always need file transfer frequently and approvable by many people.
