Digital signature is one of the practical authentication technologies. With the development of the computer and the network communication, the requirement of this application becomes more complicated. Digital signature technology thereby extends from the single signature and single validate to the broader fields. Today the research focuses on the multisignature technology which allows more sign on one paper.Multisignature is the special digital signature, and this technology can be used in many fields because of its multi. This paper studied the significance and background of multisignature systematically, and it also summarized the applications of the multisignature technology in the fields of electronic contract, document signing, will subscription, electronic business and so on.This paper did systematical and deep research on the theory of the multisignature, and improved the typical multisignature methods based on the comparison of these methods. Compared with the multisignature which is based on a mathematics problem, we designed the Schnorr multisignature scheme based on the Schnorr signature and multisignature schemes based on elliptic curve, and analyzed the security and computation of the two schemes. Besides, we analyzed the signature scheme designed by Yin Yuanbin and Chen Yihong, and pointed out the deficiency of their multisignature scheme. Then we designed a new multisignature scheme based on two mathematics problems, and analyzed the security of this new scheme. This paper designed an enterprise file multisignature transmission system in detail based on the J2EE, and presented the test results and part arithmetic realization.
