Mobile Technology Detachment Of The Public Security System Queries The System Analysis And Design

According to study of city public security system technology in reconnaissance department's , there are many different data formats among the present telecommunication,mobile correspondence departments. When the public security personnel need to inquiry the urban telephone,the mobile phone and some other related information, he/she must carry on switching between the different type of data files back and forth. The working efficiency is lower, the staff suffers a lot. In order to cease such kind of complex tedious work and to make things more standardized and simplification, it is necessary not only to unify these different standards,different form of data source, but also need to arrive a smooth working environment.The paper first summarized the public security system to the public communication information monitoring, search function and the management treating processes and its importance. Then it analyzed the main data formats which the public security system routine work needs. Based on these, the paper brought out a solution to reconnaissance inquiry system. The paper conducted the analysis research to the system service requirements. The system was developed based on the platform of Delphi, using Delphi MPI (Multiple Page Interface), BDE (Borland Database Engine) and OLE(Object Linking and Embedding) and other technologies. The main tasks of the paper are how does the main design thoughts and keys lie in order to integrate many different data pools, how to enhances the inquiry speed etc. It took many kinds of inquiry technologies including precise inquiry, fuzzy inquiry, and correlative inquiry which seamlessly integrate different form of data files, and avoid the chaos existing in original system, such as to input complex Foxpro sentence, improved the system performance.The paper also made the consideration in the secure aspect of the system. It has defined the user jurisdiction management, which enable the system to have the good reliability. Through the public security technology department's test, the system now is running smoothly, and giving a big help to enhances technical personnel's working efficiency. The main paper deficiencies are the functions which at present already realized are relatively simple, the system conformity waited for further consummates.
