There are six PE plants in the Plastic Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company. The total product is580,000 tons per year. PE manufacturing process is a complicated process. There are a great dealmonitoring and controlling variables. The Real-time property of control variables is very important forPE manufacturing because the character of the process is easy to burn and explod. The tradition methodof gathering and controlling variables is sometimes slow for PE manufacturring. And it is hard forworkers. Nowadays it is more and more full-grown for Real-time gathering and controlling of variablesbecause of quickly development of computer-internet technic.And this make it is possible of PEmanufacturing process real-time monitoring.In this article, B/S method is used to build a open and safety information system, in order tobreakthrough tradition developing method of C/S.Every composition of this system was considerated indetail.The methods of below were taken to ensure the system's safety and real-time: (1) Optimizingsystem construction, combinating monitoring points, admeasuring system load; (2)Using specialcommunicating protocols between monitoring center and prepositive device in order to ensure the thesafety of data-stream and program equability; (3)Using B/S method to bringdown system load, risingsystem speed; (4)Using communication-timer-connector in interface module to ensure networdkconnecting; (5) Seting data cache in interface module to ensue the real-time of data reading.Additionally,a lots of new methods were used in software and hardware designing of browser and alarm module.This article has conferenced the neuro-network theory very detail, intent to find out the way of usingthis theory in PE manufacturing process monitoring. The network aim function and the innerrelationship between theory algorithm and variable were gotttem after conferencing. Based on thetheory of neuro-network, bravery exploration for the application of neuro-network PID used in processmonitering system had been done. A simulation module was designed in the system. We can get all PIDparameters of every complicated control loops. And the parameters can be add in the systemautomatically.
