The project mainly studies how to collect important data of every CNG station and measuring boxthrough the multifunctional controller and special purpose RTU in real time .The measurement data of thefield equipment will be collected by local station RTU, intelligent instrument, sensor or transmitter etc. Itpercepts various parameters such as gas rate of flow, pressure, the temperature, calorific value andequipment operation state. Then the data are transmitted to local workstation; the local workstationtransfers the status signals to digital signals, and transmits the signals to dispatch control center by remotecommunication system. So the local workstation could provide reliable on-site data for the remotecommunication system., and also receive the instrument of controlling and setting up parameters from it.While RTU receives the remote control order from the operator, it must break off the regular polling butcarry out remote control order immediately. While giving an alarm or the important analog quantitychanges, RTU can transmit the information to the control center initiatively and in time. SCADA server inthe dispatching center makes the unify management of the real time data and history data in themeasurement in the way of diagram, history record, artwork, etc. After accepting the information, HMIsystem will show it to consumers with appropriate forms like sound, artwork, image etc. to achievesurveillance's purpose. At the same time, the handled data can show various parametric state of consumers'equipment (giving an alarm, regular or recovery after alarming). These data may possibly be preserved todatabase; be transmitted to different surveillance and measure platforms by the network system; beconnected with other systems (MIS. GIS) to form a more powerful system. If necessary, HMI also couldaccept the instrument of operators, transmitting control signals to hypogynous machine, then it sendscontrol signals to equipment and controls them. Though wireless network, setting up the major chain circuitfor transmission between charging room and monitoring room to realize motive transmission about on-siteinformation, production data, data about operating equipment, gas filling data, transmission information etcin real time and also to provide accurate first-hand information for dispatch controller in production in time.
