| Domestic and foreign vehicle network technology almost developed with fieldbus network technology,and has created RS485, Lonworks fieldbus network WorldFIP, etc. In 1999, the international electrotechnical commission (IEC) promulgated the IEC-61375 standard, which can be divided into two bus-vehicle network hierarchy, which can be used to connect sections of the dynamic grouping of traffic to the Wire Train Bus WTB (Wire Train Bus) and used to connect various devices within the multi-purpose vehicles, vehicle bus MVB (Multifunction Vehicle Bus).When the equipment communicate with fieldbus, It must use the special gateways. But there are many equipments,which are based on CAN bus. how to solve the problem is very important.. So for MVB-CAN protocol conversion device is designed to be very necessary. Based on the structure and MVB message CAN achieve a thorough analysis and design of the gateway MVB-CAN, effectively completed two agreement between the various network level.The main work of this design are as follows:Firstly, the remote monitoring system were analyzed, and raises the development demand of protocol conversion device.Secondly, in-depth research the MVB-CAN protocol conversion device key technology, in-depth understanding and analysis of the MVB and CAN bus communication standard, in-depth analysis of the MVB and CAN packet structures.Once again, involved in the development of the protocol conversion device hardware circuit design, completed the selection of the key components, completed the delineation of functional modules, the physical realization of the MVB bus interface functions, completed the MVB data transceiver functions. Achieved the physical CAN bus interface functions, completed the CAN data transceiver functions.Finally, the software design in protocol converters for the development of the system is very important.This design complted the work of the drive for two protocol, designed the application layer of protocol converters software,background of locomotive monitoring system, with SS3B locomotive as research object, completed this thesis.and the protocol converters development has been debugged and tested in experimental conditions. |
