It defines the elementaryprinciple and method of how to apply the process approaches to the quality control.Pointing to flavor of the upgrading and rebuilding of cable TV network engineering, thethesis builds the certain dynamic quality-control model based on "designing, building,examination, improvement" by analyzing the quality-control approaches in theconstruction processes. The thesis emphasizes that in the dynamic control processes,continual improvement should be a permanent objective. And the thesis emphasizes qualitycontrol from human training, institution building, equipment tested, intensify techniquestandard, strict building technology, and thesis analyzes and validates the reliability ofrebuilding cable TV network by using the theory of reliability.This project fully fitted the evolution of cable TV network and requirement ofcorporation. It is advanced, practical and economical. This project practiced successfullythat promoted the quality of Lianyungang cable TV network and reached the designingpurposes, it generated better social effects and economical effects. By researching, we sumup the regularity of the conclusion. The conclusion has universal sense to the upgradingand rebuilding engineering project of cable TV network all the country, especially tothe city and town.
