Embedded Network Audio Controller Design

To create the harmonious environment and the atmosphere of music, the Botanicalpark of Suzhou plans to take the design of "broadcasting and background music systems"for the actual construction. The research described in the paper is under the background,and we design an Embedded network of Audio Controller which integrates the traditionalaudio controller and the MP3 player.The paper mainly introduces the hardware design and improved system the EmbeddedNetwork of Audio controller, and the problems encountered and solutions in the process ofdesigning are analyzed meticulously. In the design, we select the Arm9 micro-controllerchips of SAMSUNG, and expand the 10M/100M Ethemet controller and the large capacityflash memory. After the actual testing of the project, based the problems emerged inpractical applications, and the functional requirements of "broadcasting and backgroundmusic system", some further research and improved design are done. The new systemcould accelerate the communications speed of the network; improve self-inspectioncapacity of the fault detection circuit; change the digital circuit of adjusting by the use ofdigital potentiometer; decompress the importation of MP3 audio software for streamliningsystem circuit; improve the system performance against lightning, and so on.In addition, based on performance indicator of the selected control chip, the paperalso do description and analysis of software design, including boot code, MP3 decodingand exporting software, A/D conversion software in the fault detection, and other aspects.The hardware of embedded network of audio controller studied the designed in thepaper has been tested successfully. In use, various performance indices are good, and itsatisfies the user's requirements.
