Jewelry Information Management System Based On Web Design And Realization

Information management system has been used widely in production, retail, thewholesale, analysis and research. It is important to study and develop a set of MIS systemfor applying. This not only can improve the efficiency and the level of Information appliedbut also can promote the popularization and development of Information managementsystem.In order to develop a practical, feasible, complete and advanced management systemof the jewelry information, this paper adopted Windows 2003 as the operating system,Eclipse as the programming tool and JBOSS as the application server. Aiming at thecharacteristic of Jewelry Corporation, a set of management system of the jewelryinformation was developed. In this paper, the main research work made is as follows.The J2EE structure was studied thoroughly and the whole development process wasobtained which included the application interface based on EJB, making use of EJB as theobject relation mapping, making use of EJB to design the User Interface.On the basis of the above research, the data processing and management methods inthe system was studied. A method of access external database with JDBC and EJBtechnique in the program was presented. The method is suited to the data processing andmanagement in MIS because the data is independent of the program and is shared easily.The data flow diagram and the gross structure of the system was established usingsoftware engineering theory. The whole system was divided into seven modules includingmanagement of stock; management of vendition; management of production; managementof account and management of processing etc. Their module strcture was also set up.
