The global informationization has been well under way as the "Global Village Program" is gradually progressing, and the fast development of www makes the transfer and sharing of global information an increasingly important resource with the most likely potentiality. The database technology is tending more and more to being applied on the Internet or combined with it, while WEB database technology is being widely applied in all the fields of E-Commerce. Thus, the access technology of the Internet-environment-based WEB database is becoming the key technology in E-Commerce. The WEB database technology, especially, the study of the net-based access technology, is becoming an important frontier of E-Commerce-.This paper is to study and test an Online Simulated Stock Trading System by using J2EE architecture and DDB (Distributed Data Base). The main conclusions are as follows: (1)Using J2EE technology to construct the whole application system to meet needs of the Simulated Trading System for less cost, higher applicability, reliability and augmentability, and for easy serviceability of the system. (2) Using DDB to implement access to the WEB database, and significantly improve the stability, reliability, augmentability, security, and transparency of the Simulated Stock Trading System. (3)Using XML to create data format independent of the system and transfer data, thus greatly simplifying the data transfer. (4)Using the tag base to customize tags and insert dynamic contents, thus enhancing the security of the system and the stealthiness of its codes. One part of this paper is also devoted to a brief exploration of the query language of the WEB database, data storage, query, processing and optimization.
