Government Document Management Strategy In The Digital Era

In the new century, the information era, the government is constructed by the modern application included the network and the computer. And the function of the government is transferred from the all-round management to the limited services. As the indispensable part of the usual administration of the government, the recon is affected by the digital trend deeply. Not should we only research the appearance of the government record in the digital era from the natural angle, but also make the effective strategy of the government record from the angle of the procedure in the digital century.Before research, we should know some differences of the government record, the procedure of the management between paper environment and digital environment.
