Design And Implementation Of Condition Record Management System

The development of government informationization has always been an important part of our country's efforts to strengthen governance.The current government informationization in our country is rapidly developing.State agencies and provincial and municipal governments are all moving toward a more scientif ic and standardized level of government information.However,at present,some special types of agencies are still relatively backward in their informatization construction.The traditional information management methods can no longer meet the needs of government agencies.The implementation of government informationization has become the next step that must be implemented.There are many reasons for the current lag in the construction of government informationization.One is that the information security o f some relevant agencies has become an obstacle to the implementation of informationization.In response to this problem,this paper designed and implemented a set of condition record management system serving the condition record management department.Th e ability to provide information technology support for the department's daily function of filing conditions,taking into account the need for information security.The system supports the whole process management from the application materials organization,the material written examination,to the final list management for the application and review of the condition registration;the on-site examination process is designed and implemented;and the on-site examination paper management function is designed and implemented;finally,Realize the data related to data statistics.The system is based on the B/S architecture and adopts the SSH framework to realize the functions of the database and the system core through the logon of the browser,so as to realize the various working processes of the condition record keeping work.In this paper,the system from needs analysis to testing a comprehensive exposition and analysis,including basic information management,application / acceptance functions,directory management functions and other core functions.The final test proves that the system has achieved the set research purpose.
