Along with the computer technology fast development, constructs visibly,the digitization, the information, the intellectualized of water electricityproject three dimensional visible plan platform is necessary and feasible.It can prompt dynamically each kind of data and theinformation, direct-viewingfeeds back in the visible environment, thus has solved many design problemsof Small hydroelectric power station. Although the structure of Smallhydroelectric power station is very simple, but its topographical conditionis actually complex, so the surveying work is very difficult. Thus the visiblescene can provide the important help to its plan design. According withdevelopmenting of the computer graphics, the modern mathematics, the computerscience, the mapping study and so on, so realize the three dimensional visiblehas completely become possibly in the Small hydroelectric power stationproject.This dissertation first introduce the three dimensional visible technicalbasic idea, mathematics foundation and application. Then to introduce thecharacteristic of plane and design in the Small hydroelectric power stationproject, the Small hydroelectric power station plan design main routine andthe three dimensional visible technology has made the detailed introductionin the Small hydroelectric power station plan design application. Finally tothe Google Earth terrain demonstrated the precision and the terrain patternelevation, precision has made the analysis, three dimensionaltopographicalmodel carries on in this foundation to Google Earth take the spot, then produceself-restraint three dimensionaltopographical model and the Mijiao riverwater power plant 1: 50,000 three dimensional terrain patterns have carriedon the contrast, proved has designed the Small hydroelectric power stationusing the Google Earth ground three-dimensional model plan is feasibility.
