With the deep penetration of the information industry in China, electronic government affairs whose main body is "12 gold" project have been ranked the important task of Chinese industrialization. Tax industry, as the source of national finance, is the most important part of "12 gold" project. Tax industry had been reckoned as one of "3 gold" project in 1994 and it was one of the systems which have been informationized earliest.Combined with the situation in our province, the value-added tax management system associated with agricultural products purchase has been explored to collect and analyze the information of purchase credentials of agricultural products. It also can regulate the tax management of agricultural products purchase, reinforce the control of headspring of purchase credentials of agricultural products, realize the informationized management of purchase invoices of agricultural products, promote tax fine management and ensure the domestic tax.Connected with the present situation of national tax system informationization in our province, this design exploits agriculture product purchase value-added tax manage system trough the deep investigation and research of management of agriculture product value-added tax sparing documents. This design adopts B/S/D triple-layer framework, ORACLE relation data base and weblogic intermediate technology. It includes two parts: taxation port and enterprise port. This design regulates the drawing of invoices, normalizes the tax management of agriculture product purchase, and implements revenue stamp controlling taxation man-machined. This will promote fine management of revenue and ensures national tax revenue.
