Along with the fast development and widely increasing usage of computer networks and technology, more efficient coordination office environment is widely used in many big companies. It can realize the idea of paperless office by enhancing the office efficiency greatly and reducing the office costs obviously with the B/S-based office online created by ASP+VBScript+SQL Server technology. It has a unified knowledge warehouse, expert networks, a powerful workflow engine and a special agent function. It is constructed with a flexible single structure so that it can reduce the office cost, protect the investment, say to maintain and realize.This thesis develops a system by using ASP+IIS+SQL Server Database with studying the"Guangzhou Qingji electronic network work website". First, it expatiates the background of website development, the content and the significance of this topic, gives introduction of the base knowledge of developing by using ASP technic and dynamic website. Then, with the consideration of the actual demand of companies and the feasibility of realization elaborates on system analysis, design and test, including feasibility analysis, requirement analysis, general design, detailed design and test report etc. Finally, describes the features of the system, give a evaluation of the profit and economic benefit that the system will bring when it runs in companies, and gives prospect and conceive of the work this thesis done.As the website system this thesis designed is used in companies, it will work with the already existent company websites, improve office efficiency, reduce office costs, optimize the allocation of resources, enhance the ability of collaboration of departments.
