| With the rapid development of modern electronic technology and information technology , more and more wireless communication production appear. On the one hand, these production bring great convenience to people's daily life. On the other hand, without a strict supervision, the wireless communication equipments will emit a great deal of electromagnetic radiation. They will pollute the electromagnetic environment and do harm to people's health. So the manufacture of communication equipments must pay more attentions on the electromagnetic compatibility .In this article , I will first introduce the background and the design solution of the mobile GSM access equipment. As the project manager of this project, my job is bringing forward the design solution, designing the circuit diagram, laying out the printed circuit board and testing. During the design work, I faced with many EMC/EMI problems, such the ground interference, â–³I noise . bad PCB layout . I analyzed and discussed the causation and the aftereffect, modified my design work to resolve these EMI problems. In the tests, the GSM access equipment can attain the enterprise standard Q/FKV55-2000 of Amoisonic. In the actual usage, the performance can meet the user's requirement. At last, I finished the design and production task of this equipment. |
