| Pseudo-Random Sequence (PRS) is widely applied in the field ofcryptography, spread spectrum communication, radar, navigation and soon. The research on analysis and design of PRS is always the hotspot inthe world.Recently, Chaos-based sequence,as a new kind of PRS,getsincreasing attention because of its favorable performance. It is terriblyvaluable in the theoretic research and practical application to design abetter Chaos Pseudo-Random Sequence (CPRS) and implement it inhardware. Tangent-Delay Ellipse Reflecting Cavity map System(TD-ERCS) has been proved to have good cryptographic properties bytheoretic research and tests. In this dissertation, a new method ofdesigning Pseudo-Random Sequence Generator (PRSG) based onTD-ERCS is introduced; The fpga implementation of such PRSG ispresented using VHDL, fulfilling the software simulation and hardwaredebugging;the whole and module design is detailedly discussed especiallythe design of TD-ERCS unit; The system is enabled to be embedded inexisting cryptographic equipments by adding an UART module;Anapplication software is devised in Delphi, providing a man-machineinterface and making it convenient to analyze and test CPRS produced bythe hardware; According to the criterion of PRS published by NationalInstitute of Standards and Technology (NIST), testing results of CPRSproduced by software are "all passed", but the testing results of CPRSproduced by FPGA are "all passed except three", the further research isrequired. |
