School Security System And Its Call Center Construction And Realization

The campus security information communication management system (hereafter refers to as "Xiaoantong") is a technical advanced level comprehensive management system which uses the high tech radio frequency recognition technology, handset short message service development technology, speech technology and computer information processing technology.Xiaoantong uses large-scale relational database SQL Server to manage each kind of table and uses the modular method to construct the system. Taking the campus basic information management module as the frame, it includes entrance guard module, short message receiving and dispatching module, LED module and call center module and so on.The campus basic information management module mainly completes managing the basic information and implementing other 35 modules functions together.The entrance guard module provides information for the basic information management module, and display difference school gate information at the same time.The short message module mainly realizes that the short message groups are sended automatically or manually.LED module displays the related information on the entrance guard module and so on.The call center module, as an important part of Xiaoantong, uses the communication terminal to realize that the student or the guardian accesses the data information from the system database with the speech form.The speech card connecting multi-channel telephone line constitutes hardware equipment of the call center. The software system through recording the status of the lines and the seat condition polling realizes call center's function, including that broadcasts the text and speech message, records the speech message ,and changes the phone number and the password and so on.The Text-To-Speech uses Microsoft SDK the TTS engine, also may use the API function which the speech card expands.The paper first mentality introduces the frame of developmenting the system and constructing it's database , then, introduces separately the call center's construction and the realization as well as the concrete programming, and proposed one kind of enhancing the pronunciation nature realization method for Text-To-Speech, finally, introduces processing Chinese multi-sound character recognition and programing it.
