Education Management System Design And Implementation

With the increasing popularity of computer and the development of the computer network, the requirement that we make use of computer to construct informatization and enhance the efficiency of working becomes more and more emergent. The Information Construction in Education in College(ICEC) means that colleges use advanced IT to reinforce the ability to manage, enhance the quality of teaching, and improve the environment of living, according to their own needs.In this paper, the author introduces the meaning of ICEC and analyses the background and gained success of it and finds out the problems and shortages in it. The writer then analyses related policy supports and inner and outer environments of ICEC, and brings forward the problems to be resolved after careful consideration.Combining the reality of Leshan Teacher's College, the writer provides a series of feasible projects for technology of the teaching and management system. The writer puts up the detailed design of system, including system security, system architecture, communication technology, detailed function of sub module and so on.Then, the author describes the principles and methods of realizing system security, using diagrams, tables and codes, and gives the clear and accurate codes that realize the conversion from BMP image to smaller JPG image and complete complex calculation in stored procedure in database server.In this paper, the author also introduces the C/S and B/S model simply and concludes the shortages of C/S model and the advantages of the web model with the related codes.The author's purpose is to probe into the general methods and a series of projects of constructing the informatization in education in college to make more contribution to the development and construction of colleges.
