After experiencing many years disturbances of Enterprise informationization, our IT facilitator and Enterprises can face informationization construction more rationally, and most of Enterprises (Especially for the large and medium-sized Enterprises) emphasized much on their own plan of informationization construction in recent years, most of which were implemented phase by phase in order to avoid or reduce risks as far as possible and gained their best interests.After reforming and opening-up for two decades, it has been a reverse change in the macroscopic environment and management pattern of Enterprise development. With the well-off progress of adjusting industrial structure, developing many kinds of economic sector and establishing modern enterprise system, and after experiencing the era of"manufacturing management"and"mixing management", the Enterprises went into the new management era of all-around market economy period, and therefore managerial effectiveness directly influenced the existence and development of Enterprises. It is a insuperable and urgent question for the enterprise how to take advantage of modern information technology to arrange the internal resources of enterprise possibly in order to maximize their own efficiency. Because of the different nature, scale, type of product, human resource,material resources, financial resources and IT businesses for cooperation, the plans of Enterprise informationization are not identical.In all kinds of modern Enterprises, Especially for the large and medium-sized Enterprises of our country recollecting the informationization construction (particular the ERP), in that background, how to implement and have to implement were a contradictory problem, therefore, how to design a extensive applicability, practicability and acceptability of implementing plan of informationization construction, which has obviously great application and utility value.For the plan design, it must have a full consideration of concrete requirement of category message in Pan Gang steel parent company and finished the informationization construction phase by phase. In this plan, I conduct a rather detailed design in the overall plan of informationization construction for Pan Gang steel parent company, which include system network platform and principal Application software(OA, integrated finance processing system, personnel management system, production plan and executable trace system and market management information system),for the design of network platform, I compare three schemes. According to the requirement and funds investment situation, the network devices, server clusters and software I adopted have high cost performance, convenient to use, easy to extend as far as possible and lower maintenance and management cost. For the design of OA system, I use the Lotus Domino as the platform. For the plan design, it must have a full consideration of concrete requirement of category message in Pan Gang steel parent company, so I can bring Pan Gang steel parent company into the informationization management phase by phase. In this plan, I adopted the devices, server clusters and software which have high cost performance, convenient to use , easy to extend as far as possible and lower maintenance and management cost.
