Design And Implementation Of Sales Management Subsystem Of Multi Organization ERP System

Group enterprises usually have multiple molecular companies,different management methods of molecular companies and different financial accounting methods.Many organizations make the cost of information exchange within the whole group are expanded invisible.The speed of information exchange directly affects the speed of the reaction of the enterprise.Because the efficiency of information utilization is not high enough,enterprises cannot cope with the changes of the external environment quickly.The enterprise resource management system of the single organization structure is not consistent with the data,the business process is not unified,and the information can't be shared,so the data island situation is serious.The group company can't effectively control the business operation of each molecular company in time.Frequent data submission will cost a lot of manpower,and a large number of system interfaces will make the maintenance of information system more and more complicated.Therefore,in order to strengthen the management and control of the group,it is necessary to establish a unified and multi organizational structure of information system for the group company to grasp the operation situation of the molecular company timely and accurately.This paper designs and realizes the sales management subsystem of the enterprise resource management system of H Company,which has realized the requirements of H Company's management and control.When data are isolated,they can be shared with higher authorities.It provides data sources for the establishment of H Financial Shared center.This paper analyzes the current research status of the main manufacturers at home and abroad in the enterprise resource management system,and then analyzes the business process of the multi organization sales management system,and describes the functional requirements,performance requirements and interface requirements of the system.Based on this,the system is designed and carried out.Finally,the function and performance of the system are tested.In this paper,the data isolation and sharing design of multi organization sales management system is explored.Through the combination of Oracle RAC cluster and partition table,it provides guidance and reference for the design of the system architecture that meets the tens of millions of levels of data.There is a certain value of use.The sales management subsystem based on the main content of this paper has been put into practice in H Company.The implementation of the system has effectively supported the business of various molecular companies and has beenrunning well at present.
