| Since the beginning of the new century,computer technology has made great progress,especially digital multimedia and Internet technology,which make the people's daily information life undergo tremendous changes.The news and information platform based on electronic mobile terminal has gradually replaced the traditional paper-based news dissemination channels,and the global news dissemination speed has been accelerated and the breadth has increased.On the premise of information and intelligence,government departments need to take the lead.One of the main tasks is the transformation and upgrading of government electronic information in government departments.As one of the six major national-level specialized information websites,the procuratorial system website is the most important.At the end of the 20 th century,"e-government" was officially launched in China.After years of development,the construction of the procuratorial press release and management system has made certain achievements in all aspects,but also played a more and more obvious and perfect role.Based on the application background of electronic government affairs and information construction of procuratorial system in the new era,this paper comprehensively investigates the development and current situation of related application fields and basic technology at home and abroad,and puts forward the design scheme and key module implementation details of news website of procuratorial system according to the national conditions.The main work includes the following three parts:1)A two-tier multi-filter model based on the value judgment of social assessment language is designed.In the stage of news auditing and management,considering the political,legal and moral norms of news,timeliness,authenticity,authority,interest and practicability,the Apriori classifier based on the value judgment of social evaluation language is introduced,and the illegal,reactionary and untrue news content is automatically classified.Shield and display the audited news reasonably,effectively improve the efficiency and quality of news auditing classification work.2)Interest transfer model and Minkowski distance push model are constructed.In the system-user interaction phase,the scheme described in this paper will implement personalized news delivery operation based on user history access records,social tags,interest transfer model and Minkowski distance,avoid the negative impact of information explosion and enhance user experience.The factors considered in push mainly include interest,personalization,scale and scene.3)Design and implement a news website system of the Department of Public Prosecution.ASP.NET is used as the development language and SQL Server as the database.By running Nginx server software in Linux operating system,the whole system can run safely and steadily.The procuratorial department news website system mainly includes five functions: news management,personalized news recommendation,system user management,user private trust and netizen comments,subject management and so on.News management function is the core module of the website,which mainly includes classified management,publishing and updating,media management and so on.The main function of user management is to assign different access and operation rights to different types of access and operators in the system.Private trust operation is mainly real-time online communication between users and discussion.Content can be website news and their own experience;theme operation management function is mainly the skin and interface style of the website system corresponding to the theme,users can set and adjust to their favorite style mode.The system has been successfully applied in X provincial procuratorial system and achieved good results. |
