Holographic interferometry technique plays a very important role in the temperature field measurement with its unique advantage, and is widely applied in the temperature field measurement. The major drawback of classical hologram interferometry technique is use of photographic plates for recording, and the subsequent need for exposure and wet chemical development process that is complex , costly and time-consuming, which leads to many difficulties and inconveniences. By comparison, digital Holographic interferometry technique applied in temperature measurement has more advantages.Using digital holographic interferometry technique, the temperature in the region near to the metal plate of radiator is measured in this thesis. An experimental method and reconstruction arithmetic of two dimension temperature field are proposed. A self-made setup that monitors the radiator temperature is developed to test the feasibility and veracity. Combining with the image processing, the interference fringe images have been analyzed to obtain the shifts of fringes and then the temperatures are calculated. Comparing the calculated results with the measured data, it has shown that if the temperature of the radiator is less than 65 Celsius degrees, the method in this paper is feasible.
