Temperature measurement is closely related with national defense, military, scientific experiments and industrial and agricultural production, is an extremely important factor. However, Most of the traditional thermometer device can only measure the temperature on one point. Most of them can't reflect the distribution of the temperature field that is a big flaw. The technology of temperature field measurement based on color CCD image sensor is new method, which comprehensive uses image detection technology, digital image processing technology, and radiation thermometry, has all the advantages of the non-contact temperature measurement, besides, it can offer the distribution of temperature field, as a result, it has become a hot spot in The field of high-temperature test.We made deep research on the technology of temperature field measurement based on color CCD image sensor, and also designed a temperature measurement system.This paper researched carefully on the principle of the radiation thermometry, the working principle of CCD, and the reason why the color CCD camera can be used to do temperature measurement. Then we chose the method named colorimetric temperature measurement, and we initially proposed an algorithm to reconstruct the three-dimensional temperature field only when the flame is axisymmetric. Then the structure of the temperature measurement system was built up, including the optical imaging system, image sensing and acquisition system, and image processing system. Image acquisition and processing software were designed, including the modules of image acquisition, image denoising, image segmentation, two-dimensional temperature field, three-dimensional temperature field reconstruction. When done, the system was calibrated on the Blackbody furnace, to avoid saturation, it was calibrated according to the temperature ranges. Later, an experiment was carried out and we used an instrument to do the same experiment,and compare the results. In the end, the errors and uncertainty were analyzed.
