Research On The System Of High Temperature Field Measurement Of Melt Surface Based On CCD Image Sensor

The technology of temperature field measurement based on color CCD image sensor is a newmethod,which comprehensively uses the principles of radiation thermometry,the principles ofphotoelectric image inspection and digital image processing technology.It can get the result oftemperature field distribution and has all the advantages of non-contact temperature measurement.The paper systematically studies the principles of radiation thermometry and temperaturemeasurement methods based on color CCD image sensor,and proposes a design scheme oftemperature measurement system based on CCD image sensors to implement imagecollection,image preprocessing,target recognition,temperature calculations,the drawing of isothermsand other functions of high-temperature object.The temperature measuring system primarilyconsists of image collection,image processing and temperature field calculation,which isprogrammed with C#language.The image collecting parts combine image capture technology andthe SDK of image acquisition card to collect and preserve images.The other parts use digital imageprocessing technology and the algorithm of automatic contouring mapping based on triangular meshmodel to obtain the surface temperature field distribution of high-temperature object.The paper sets various parameters of images by color CCD camera and image acquisitioncard,accomplishes the image preprocessing and calculation for temperature field,and finally drawsup the corresponding isotherms.The paper presents a method for the calibration of temperaturemeasurement on the basis of error analysis.The calibration of the system has not been completedbecause of the limit of the experimental conditions.The experiments show that the temperaturemeasurement system is easy to operate,and has high application and extension value by furthermodified and improved.
