Consider for the thermal protection for the hot end of aircraft parts materials under thermal shock (theflight aerodynamic heating will make its surface temperature over2000℃, and will be affected by severetemperature changes in the process of work, along with the serious dynamic thermal stress, and will beextremely easy to cause material damage and failure), oxidation (the reason of oxidation reaction is that thehot end component is exposed to the air for a long time or when the temperature exceeds a certain value),ablation (the engine will be affected by heat load damage and appear ablation erosion phenomenon when it isworking) and other major problem. To delve into the hot end components materials under high temperatureoxidation of the ablation phenomenon, the necessary condition is that the quantitatively accurate observationand measurement for materials under the environment of high temperature oxidation of ablation process Bythe synchronous measures temperature, deformation, the morphology of material that in high temperatureoxidation ablation environment, can not only obtain surface shape changes caused by the chemical reactionprocess, but also more important is that can reveal the material failure process, and can provide thequantitatively failure about the critical temperature and the strain range. So, to get the information has becomethe key. However, the high temperature environment is very complicated. Using the traditional method thatbased on gray scale invariance digital image correlation measurement can lead to big error and even no longerapply. In conclusion, study the new digital image method for measuring the high temperature oxidationablation has an important practical significance.Through in-depth analysis of the high temperature oxidation ablation mechanism, this article in view ofthe demand structure of high temperature measurement, uses four kinds of measuring methods of hightemperature oxidation ablation phenomenon, and by the development of digital image deformationmeasurement system for data acquisition and analysis.(1)Aiming at the problems existing in the contact measurement and non-contact measurement, theSUSAN corner feature detection and matching method is applied to the high temperature deformationmeasurement, and the high temperature deformation measurement algorithm based on SUSAN corner featureis designed.(2) As in the field of digital temperature measuring is faced the complex environment and the internalnoise,it is very difficult to get accurately. In order to solve these problems, by the double color ratio methodthat is based on the theory of the originated in blackbody radiation, combining with the digital image filteringalgorithm and the colorimetric thermometry, temperature field under the environment of high temperature measurement that is realized.Finally, according to the deformation measurement of corresponding algorithm, through developing thedigital image deformation measurement system, it is realized that the temperature, morphology transformation,and all kinds of material constant displacement data collection and analysis in the process of high temperatureoxidation...
