With the rapid development of computer, communication and control technologies, automatic measure and control technique tends to be digital, intelligent and networked. Networked automatic measure and control technology has become the most promising development direction due to its advantages in improving testing efficiency and getting rid of the constraints of time, space and environment, which will undoubtedly extend its applications.Networked measure and control technology is deeply studied in this paper and an aviation power supply measure and control system based on Client/Server and Browser/Server interacting structure is developed. It targets various kinds of aviation power engines and power control protectors and can test items including parameters of dynamotors and these of protectors.Firstly, measure and control network, software development flat and network security are analyzed, especially the framework of system. Then, the whole system is carefully designed as follows: Client/Server part is designed on switch Ethernet where client uses virtual equipment technology to build data collecting system based on a PCI bus while server carry out the functions of control and data processing; Browser of Browser/Server is a computer connected to the Internet and can log on the server to control the local testing equipments while server mainly deals with data releasing and database management. Next, the implementation of network communication is presented. Data transmission in Client/Server is done with DataSocket and that of Browser/Server is finished with Internet communication based on Remote Panels Web Page Publishing technology. In the last, database remote accessing based on Microsoft ADO is described.The networked measure and control system is implemented on LabVIEW, a software development flat of NI, efficiently integrates Client/Server and Browser/Server and has developed a flexible and universal architecture, which is of great importance of reference to the development of other networked measure and control systems.
