High-speed Lines (622mbps) Encryption Technology, Research And Realization

As more and more information is transferred over ATM networks, the security issues are becoming increasingly critical to the ATM system. This thesis focuse on the ATM cryptographic. Firstly, this dissertation introduces the necessity to research high speed encryption in ATM Network and then gives the description of encryptor in ATM Network, including the network structure, the requestion of encryption, the security technology. Second, the author determines the idea to accomplish encrypting information in high-speed ATM networks and puts forward the concrete implementation scheme. Then, two primary problems in the course of the design and implementation are also discussed. One is to determine system of encryption adapting to ATM frame. The other one is to implement high-speed design in FPGA. Finally, the article gives the further solutions for several key technique aspects.
