| With the rapid development of the computing and micro-electronic technology in the past few decades, especially the incorporation of the micro-computer and measuring instruments, a new generation of automatic testing systems has been created. These can automatically carry out measurements of certain electronic parameters, measuring scale selection and self-calibration, failure diagnosis, online testing, etc. This has not only changed some of the traditional measuring concepts but also been a major stimulator in the development of measuring and other related technologies.This thesis is a researcher on the aeronautic radio station automatic testing system, the content includes tests the target to study and tests the scheme to study. Because relatively simple that the structure of radio station makes up in radio station the 1st and the 2nd, test the 3rd radio station of target's main research. Test the main research of the scheme and control the automatic test which realizes the equipment through the course of the computer.The theory of this thesis is base on the electronic testing technology theory and control theory; the appropriate testing method is chosen based on the work principles of the aeronautic testing equipments. The testing items and standard measuring instruments are selected according to the requirements; by analyzing the research requirements of automatic testing system, the functions of the system are planned and the basic architectures of hardware and software platforms are determined; also the interface adapters and signal transceivers are designed. The aeronautic testing equipment software is programmed in accordance with the visual program requirements of LabWindows/CVI applications; the automatic testing system is connected and adjusted to reach harmonious operation. This thesis recommends fault diagnosis technology on the 3rd radio station, which based on the fault tree analysis and behavior diagnose. The interference prohibition technology is adopted to minimize interference to the system.After running this system, we can find that it not only can reduce the manual labor, but also can improve the data's accuracy and get the test result on line. |
